Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami marked his fourth anniversary in office on 4 July 2025 by launching and laying foundations for 107 projects worth ₹550 crore at the ’Vikas Sankalp Parv’ in Haridwar.
He underscored that development is not an agenda item but the government’s top priority.
CM Dhami became the first Uttarakhand leader to complete four consecutive years in office, a milestone that reflects policy clarity, political stability and his ‘Nation First’ outlook.
He credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s guidance and the central leadership’s trust for enabling state‑level reforms that have drawn national attention.
CM Dhami’s administration projects a model of ‘young leadership with a clear vision’, blending nationalist ideology with growth‑centric governance. His decisions—often bold and swift—aim to make Uttarakhand secure, self‑reliant and a source of inspiration for a ‘Developed India’.
Analysts note that CM Dhami’s initiatives—especially the UCC and anti‑encroachment measures- have entered the national policy debate. Supporters describe the ‘Dhami Model’ as a new benchmark for good governance, predicting that his role on India’s political stage will grow stronger in the coming years.
As Uttarakhand evolves into a ‘model state’, CM Dhami pledged to convert remaining challenges into opportunities through honest leadership and unwavering commitment to the people.
“This is not just a four‑year review,” he told the crowd. “It is an ongoing journey to build a stronger, safer and more prosperous Uttarakhand for all.”
