The Noida police have filed a comprehensive 1,200-page chargesheet in an Uttar Pradesh court, revealing shocking details about YouTuber Elvish Yadav’s alleged involvement in coordinating the supply of snake venom for rave parties. According to the chargesheet, Yadav utilized a virtual phone number to manage these transactions and communicate instructions to snake charmers.
The document, which names eight accused and includes statements from 24 witnesses, outlines how Yadav allegedly orchestrated the procurement of venom for parties. Utilizing a virtual number provided an added layer of privacy as it wasn’t tied to any specific location or device.
When a party necessitated venom, Yadav purportedly contacted his associate Vinay through a virtual number. Vinay, in turn, relayed the instructions to Ishwar, who then coordinated with snake charmers. These charmers would subsequently arrive at the party venue with their snakes. The police found Yadav’s virtual number in Vinay’s call records.

Yadav, along with Vinay and Ishwar, had been apprehended for questioning the previous month and are currently out on bail. The chargesheet also mentions the extraction of venom from snakes at a banquet hall owned by Ishwar, with Yadav allegedly in contact with snake charmers now incarcerated. The authorities have elaborated on the rationale behind invoking sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 against Yadav.
Senior police officer Vidya Sagar Mishra disclosed that the seized venom belongs to krait snakes, a member of the cobra family. “We have filed a chargesheet against all named accused. We have also included statements from an adequate number of witnesses, including an expert from Mumbai’s Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology.”
Last November, five snake charmers were apprehended from a banquet hall in Noida’s Sector 51, where nine snakes, including five cobras, were recovered. Approximately 20 ml of suspected snake venom was also confiscated. These charmers were subsequently released on bail, leading investigators to Yadav and other individuals implicated in the case.
