Buxar Protest: Ashwini Choubey’s convoy attacked in Bihar’s Buxar, Union minister narrowly escaped

Buxar Protest: Today in Banarpur of Buxar-Chausa, Union Minister Ashwini Choubey encountered a violent protest of people. During the suddenly emerged shocking incident people raising slogans were witnessed pelting stones at his convoy.

Buxar Protest: Union Minister Ashwini Kumar Choubey’s convoy was attacked in Bihar’s Buxar district. As per the sources, Ashwani Choubey was here to address the farmers. But angry farmers threw bricks and stones at Minister Ashwani Choubey’s convoy. However, the minister narrowly escaped this incident.

Angry farmers say that they have been protesting for the last several months, but no one came to know their condition. Minister Ashwini Choubey had to face the anger of the farmers annoyed with the government. Local people allege that no leader or government representative was seen here in the 86 days. When the police barged into their homes and beat up women and children, no one came to help them, they allege.

Over the incident of the Buxar violence, Union Minister Ashwini Kumar Choubey stated that the state CM and Deputy CM say that they do not know about it, so who is running the government?  Where is your law enforcement responsibility? Buxar caught fire, mothers, and sisters were lathi-charged, and the whole world saw, but they say they don’t know.

At the same time, BJP leader Ashwani Choubey has described the incident in Buxar as unfortunate. He said that the manner in which he was beaten is unexpectedly unfortunate and Chief Minister Nitish is completely sitting like Dhritarashtra.

It is alleged that late on Tuesday night, a police team barged into several houses in Banarpur village and thrashed people fiercely. The police did not even spare the women. After the video of this incident went viral, the villagers got angry and attacked the project site gate in the morning. During the incident, the gate was set on fire, and vehicles were burnt.
