Karnataka: Security breach in Prime Minister Modi’s roadshow

A security violation has been witnessed during Prime Minister Modi’s road show in Hubbali, Karnataka.

In the roadshow of the Prime Minister, the sudden security breach shocked the officials around in Hubbali and a man with a garland was immediately intercepted.

During his visit to Karnataka, PM Modi held a roadshow in Hubballi to inaugurate the 26th National Youth Festival.

Today during a roadshow of PM Modi in Hubballi city of Karnataka, a young man was seen breaking the security cover of the PM to give him a garland. But he could not do so and before he could have reached to the Prime Minister, he was pulled away by the security personnel.

In the major security breach reported today during PM Modi’s roadshow in Hubballi a young man breached the security barrier around PM Modi while trying to give him a garland. Right then and there the security personnel pulled him away, as per the news agency ANI’s report.

Earlier today the Prime Minister received a warm welcome in Hubbali. People were seen so enthusiastic about having a look of PM Modi. Huge crowd was witnessed thronging the roads and showering flowers running with his cavalcade.

On the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekanand, a program is being held on National Youth Day in Hubbali for celebrating, honoring and cherishing his teachings, ideals, and contributions. As per an official statement by the PMO, the National Youth Festival is organised every year for providing national exposure to talented Indian youth with the objective to galvanize them to nation-building.

“Bringing diverse cultures from all across India on a common platform uniting the participants in the Ek Bharat spirit Shreshtha Bharat spirit. The Festival this year is being held in Hubballi-Dharwad in the state of Karnataka starting from 12th to 16th January, where the theme is “Viksit Yuva – Viksit Bharat”,” said the statement.
