PM Narendra Modi expressed his gratitude on X after BJP National Vice President Baijayant Jay Panda shared a touching story of an Adivasi woman in Odisha’s Sundargarh district who insisted on giving ₹100 to thank the Prime Minister.

Adivasi Woman Insists on Showing Gratitude

Baijayant Jay Panda, during a BJP membership drive, tweeted about an Adivasi woman who insisted on giving ₹100 to express her appreciation for Modi’s work. Despite his efforts to decline, she persisted until Panda finally accepted the amount.

PM Modi Acknowledges Support from Women

Responding to the post, Modi tweeted, “Very touched by this affection. I bow to our Nari Shakti for always blessing me. Their blessings inspire me to keep working to build a Viksit Bharat.” Panda highlighted this gesture as a sign of the transformation India and Odisha are undergoing.
