Following the close of polling, the much-anticipated exit polls began at 6:30 PM. The first projection by People’s Pulse indicated a clear edge for the NDA, estimating:

Security Tightened After Delhi Blasts
In view of the recent Red Fort blasts in Delhi, the Bihar Police sealed the India–Nepal border for 72 hours to ensure peaceful polling. DGP Vinay Kumar said security forces were on high alert to prevent any untoward incidents during the final phase of elections.
Leaders Confident of Victory
BJP leader Ashwini Kumar Choubey claimed the NDA would secure over 180 seats, citing strong public support for development and stability. Meanwhile, RJD’s Manoj Jha said a ‘wave of change’ was sweeping Bihar in favour of the Mahagathbandhan (MGB).
Key Contests and Counting Date
Prominent candidates in the fray include Tarkishore Prasad (Katihar), Renu Devi (Bettiah), and Uday Narain Choudhary (Sikandra). Counting of votes is scheduled for 14 November.
