Bharat Express Exposes Builder M3M; Customers Say ‘Company Is Fraud…’

Bharat Express has exposed M3M Builder’s fraud and deceit. Following the news broadcast, thousands of buyers have shared their stories through video messages. Many are terrified of M3M and fear for their lives, even suggesting they could be killed if they appear on camera.

M3M’s list of wrongdoings is long. In January last year, Deepak Gupta and Mandeep Dhingra filed a complaint at IMT Manesar police station, Gurugram, against Sudhir Dhingra, Pawan Garg, M/S M3M Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, and others. The complaint was registered under FIR number 308/2024, Sections 409, 420, and 120B of the IPC.

According to the FIR, the two parties agreed on a deal to sell 158 acres of land in Manesar for ₹485 crore. The company had already provided a loan facility on the land, and a deal was made with the consent of both parties and the bank. The complainant deposited ₹10 crore as a token amount into the company’s loan account. However, the company failed to adhere to the terms and conditions. The bank returned the ₹10 crore to the complainant, but it was not utilized.

The disputed land was later sold to M3M Group for ₹423 crore. The EOW-1 Gurugram investigated the case and concluded that it was civil. The complainant also filed a petition in court, which was dismissed with a prohibition. The Haryana State Crime Branch (SCB) recommended filing an FIR, and the investigation is ongoing.

Sources suggest that the controversial land deal, valued at ₹423 crore, had significant political backing. M3M Group’s dealings have come under scrutiny.

Bharat Express continues to expose the truth with dedication and courage, giving a voice to the victims. One victim shared a video message, urging authorities to return their property.

Victim’s Statement On M3M Fraud

Abhinash Shaw, a buyer, shared a video message describing his ordeal. He had purchased a property in Gurugram’s Sector 67 (Arbana Business Park) from M3M Builder. He made the final payment in 2021 and took possession. However, he soon realized that the builder had illegally occupied his property and violated relevant laws. He also stated that M3M had even demolished the walls of his property.

Shaw explained that he comes from a middle-class family and had saved every penny, along with his parents’ hard-earned money, to buy the property. Now, his entire family is deeply worried. Shaw has appealed to the police to take action so he can regain his property.
