ABAP Congratulates PM Modi On Attaining Longest-Serving Head Of Government Milestone

The Akhil Bharatiya Akhara Parishad (ABAP) has congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi on becoming the longest-serving head of an elected government in India.

Spokesperson Bhakti Charan Das Maharaj described the milestone as a testament to firm and consistent leadership.

Speaking in Nashik, Maharashtra, Maharaj extended his greetings and termed the achievement a defining moment in the country’s political evolution.

He noted that serving the nation continuously for 8,931 days reflects exceptional dedication and perseverance.

He emphasised that the accomplishment goes beyond an individual milestone and symbolises enduring governance and commitment to national welfare.

Maharaj further characterised PM Modi’s tenure as an example of sustained service aligned with Sanatan traditions and national priorities.

Maharaj stated that under the Prime Minister’s leadership, India’s cultural, religious, and spiritual heritage has gained broader global recognition.

He asserted that this has strengthened the nation’s identity on the international stage.

Reflecting the sentiment of the Sant community, he expressed confidence that the country will continue progressing while preserving its cultural ethos.

He added that the leadership has ensured a balance between development and tradition.

Prime Minister Modi recently achieved this historic benchmark by completing 8,931 days in office. He surpassed former Sikkim Chief Minister Pawan Kumar Chamling, who held the record with 8,930 days.

The record combines PM Modi’s tenure as Gujarat Chief Minister from October 7, 2001, to May 21, 2014, and his ongoing tenure as Prime Minister since May 26, 2014.

This marks over two decades of uninterrupted leadership in public office.
