Aam Aadmi Party Celebrates Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s Bail

On Friday, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) celebrated following the Supreme Court’s decision to grant bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the ongoing corruption case related to the alleged excise police scam.

The party responded with jubilation and reaffirmed their commitment to justice, encapsulating it with the phrase ‘Satyamev Jayate’.

Aam Aadmi Party Leaders Rejoice As Kejriwal Is Freed

Expressing her support, Sunita Kejriwal, the Chief Minister’s wife, took to social media to congratulate the AAP family.

She posted, “Congratulations to AAP family! Kudos for staying strong. Wishing also the soonest release of our other leaders.”

In the wake of the verdict, AAP members distributed sweets outside the residence of AAP leader Manish Sisodia, celebrating the development.

AAP MP Raghav Chadha shared his excitement on social media platform X, stating, “Welcome back Arvind Kejriwal, we missed you! Truth may be troubled, but it cannot be defeated! In the end, the Honorable Supreme Court has delivered its decision to free Delhi’s son, Arvind Kejriwal, from the chains of prison. Thank you, Honorable Supreme Court!”

AAP leader Manish Sisodia remarked, “Truth alone triumphs – the power of truth has broken the prison bars of the defeated tyrant.”

He further asserted, “In the fight against lies and conspiracies, truth has once again emerged victorious today. Once again, I pay my respects to the vision and foresight of Baba Saheb Ambedkar, who empowered the common man 75 years ago to stand strong against any future tyrant.”

Delhi Minister Atishi also took to X, stating that truth alone triumphs. She emphasized that, although truth may face trouble, no one can ever defeat it.

Meanwhile, AAP leader Sanjay Singh posted that dictatorship will not prevail in democracy. He noted that while tyrants may bend, they need a fighter to confront them.

Singh highlighted that PM Modi’s oppressive rule failed to break Arvind Kejriwal’s spirit. He further asserted that prison bars have broken, and Arvind Kejriwal is now free.

Singh pointed out that the mountain of lies is collapsing, with the false cases of ED, CBI, and BJP being exposed. He concluded with a strong affirmation, “Truth alone triumphs!”

Justice Kant Upholds CBI Arrest; Justice Bhuyan Criticizes Timing

The Supreme Court’s two-judge bench delivered a concurrent judgment.

Justice Surya Kant dismissed Kejriwal’s plea challenging the legality of his arrest by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the alleged liquor scam.

Meanwhile, Justice Ujjal Bhuyan authored a separate opinion, criticizing the timing of the CBI’s arrest and deeming the ‘belated arrest’ unjustified.

This landmark decision has intensified the political discourse, with AAP leaders and supporters rallying behind their leader and continuing their push for justice.
