25 Proposals Approved In Jharkhand Cabinet Meeting; Details On Meeting Inside

Ranchi, Jharkhand: Cabinet meeting was held on Monday under the chairmanship of CM Champai Soren. A total of 25 proposals were approved in the meeting. The JET rules have been amended for the appointment of teachers for the post of Assistant Professor and PhD. Approval has been given to formulate new rules for the appointment of technical teachers. Manki Munda Scholarship Promotion Scheme will be started to provide technical education to girl students in the state.

Other proposals in Jharkhand Cabinet Meeting

Girl students doing Diploma will be given an annual amount of ₹ 15000 and those doing engineering will be given an annual amount of ₹ 30000. Female students of all categories will get its benefit.

The cabinet has also increased the amount received for the residence of state ministers. For this, a proposal of Rs 114 crore 47 lakh was approved. Apart from this, the post of a Senior Deputy Secretary to the Governor has been approved in the cabinet meeting. Among the important proposals of the meeting, the formation of Finance Commission has also been approved.

Besides, the Hostel Nutrition Scheme has been approved for the operation, management and food of all the residential hostels in the state under the Government of Jharkhand.
