Sunny Deol Smashes Pakistanis With a Sledgehammer In The ‘Gadar 2’ Trailer While Gazing At a Handpump

Gadar 2: Sakina and Tara Singh have made their arrival known. The long-awaited Gadar 2 trailer, the follow-up to Anil Sharma’s 2001 international action romance, was released on Wednesday by the film’s producers. In the sequel, which also features Anil’s son Utkarsh Sharma, Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel return as their enduring characters.

In the teaser, a Pakistani army officer is shown torturing Jeete, the son of Tara and Sakina (Utkarsh). Sakina, who is distraught, is assured by Tara that he will have Jeete back. He goes to Lahore and uses a sledgehammer to inflict injuries on Pakistani army personnel. When Tara looks at a handpump at the end of the trailer, it’s clear what will happen next.

On the occasion of Kargil Vijay Divas, the Gadar 2 trailer was released. Anil Sharma, Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel, Utkarsh Sharma, Shariq Patel, Simrat Kaur, Mithoon, Alka Yagnik, Jubin Nautiyal, and Aditya Narayan were all present for the trailer’s spectacular unveiling.

“I am highly grateful to the fans for their unwavering support for Gadar: Ek Prem Katha,” Sunny Deol said. “And I assure you that Gadar 2 will deliver double the action, emotions, and entertainment.”

Anil Sharma, the director, said of the film, “We are excited about bringing back a story that epitomizes patriotism, intense action, a heartwarming father-son bond, and a love story that transcends all boundaries.”

Movie to release on August 11

Zed Studios and Anil Sharma collaborated on the production of Gadar 2. The movie opens in theatres on August 11.

The romantic-action drama directed by Anil Sharma, which was set during India’s Partition, made box office history when it was released in 2001. The late Amrish Puri had a crucial role in the movie. The story is about Sakina, a Muslim girl from a political family in Lahore, Pakistan, who falls in love with Tara Singh, a Sikh truck driver from Amritsar (played by Sunny), played by Ameesha. In the first installment, Utkarsh portrayed Sunny and Ameesha’s son.
