Sam Bahadur Teaser OUT NOW! Vicky Kaushal makes a strong impression as Sam Manekshaw, and Sanya Malhotra shines as Sana Shaikh

Vicky Kaushal has recently been working on some extremely intriguing movies. His most eagerly awaited movie has to be Meghna Gulzar’s biographical drama Sam Bahadur, in which he plays Sam Manekshaw, India’s first field marshal. The much-anticipated teaser for the film was released online today by the creators. Let’s investigate it further.

Release of the Sam Bahadur teaser

The much-anticipated teaser for Sam Bahadur was released by the movie’s producers today, October 13. The teaser, which lasts two minutes and 25 seconds, gives us a peek inside the fascinating world of India’s first Field Marshal. Vicky Kaushal completely embodies Sam Manekshaw in his behavior and gaze, making him appear unlikeable. We also catch a peek at Sanya Malhotra, who plays Indira Gandhi’s wife, and Fatima Sana Shaikh, who portrays the then-prime minister. While Sam was the commander of the Indian Army during the Indo-Pak War in 1971, there are several scenes of outright combat.

Regarding Sam Bahadur

Meghna Gulzar and Bhavani Iyer wrote and directed the film Sam Bahadur. Vicky Kaushal, Sanya Malhotra, Fatima Sana Sheikh, Neeraj Kabi, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, and other actors appear in the movie, which is produced by Ronnie Screwvala under the aegis of RSVP Movies. On the 107th anniversary of Sam Manekshaw’s birth, the movie was unveiled in 2021. Following their critically acclaimed and financially successful 2018 film Raazi, this is Vicky and Meghna’s second collaboration. On December 1, Sam Bahadur will be released in theaters alongside the Ranbir Kapoor-starring film Animal.

Sam Manekshaw

Sam Manekshaw served as the chief of staff of the Indian Army during the Indo-Pakistan War of 1971 and was the first Indian to be given the title of field marshal. During the almost four decades of his career, which started in World War II, he saw five wars. The government awarded him the Padma Vibhushan and the Padma Bhushan.
