Sachet made the occasion particularly special by fasting for his wife, Parampara. “I have observed Karva Chauth fast for Parampara because it’s another way of expressing my love for her,” he shared. “She is the best wife, and I wanted to show my support by fasting for her.
I’ve also bought a special gift for her, a ‘Maang Tikka.’ Today, she is dress in 15 shringars, and I want to give her the 16th shringar to bring a smile to her face.”
The couple first met as contestants on the reality show ‘Voice of India,’ and their relationship has flourished ever since. Traditionally, Karva Chauth is a festival celebrated by women for the long life of their husbands, involving fasting from dawn until dusk. In recent years, many husbands have joined their wives in fasting as a show of solidarity and love.
As the celebration unfolded on ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa,’ the blend of music and festivity created a perfect backdrop for Sachet and Parampara’s touching Karva Chauth observance, promising to steal the show this season.
