Taking to social media, she described the reports as ‘unforgivable’ and called the behaviour ‘disrespectful and irresponsible.’

Hema Malini wrote, “How can responsible channels spread false news about a person who is responding to treatment and is recovering? This is extremely disrespectful and irresponsible. Please give due respect to the family and its need for privacy.”

Hema Malini Slams Rumours

On her official Instagram handle, she stated, “The media seems to be in overdrive and spreading false news. My father is stable and recovering. We request everyone to give our family privacy. Thank you for the prayers for papa’s speedy recovery.”

Rumours about Dharmendra’s health began circulating on Monday evening, creating widespread concern among fans.

In response, the family has been providing regular updates on the veteran actor’s condition to quell misinformation.

On Monday, Sunny Deol’s team issued a statement clarifying that Dharmendra remains stable and under observation.

The statement urged the public to refrain from spreading false news and to respect the family’s privacy.

It read, “Mr Dharmendra is stable and under observation. Further comments and updates will be shared as available. Kindly don’t indulge in spreading false rumours regarding his health. Request everyone to pray for his speedy recovery and respect the family’s right to privacy.”

Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol visited Breach Candy Hospital in South Mumbai. Dharmendra has been admitted there following reports of breathing difficulties.

Several prominent figures from the film industry visited the veteran actor to check on his well-being. The visitors included Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan.
