Court Orders Nawazuddin Siddiqui And His Brother To Refrain From Posting Any Comments On Social Media

The talented actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has recently been making headlines for the wrong reasons. The actor made headlines recently for the accusations that his wife Aaliya had levelled against Siddiqui. He was involved in a legal dispute with his estranged wife regarding a property dispute. The actor was then accused by his housekeeper of abandoning him in Dubai without pay or food. After his brother made what appear to be defamatory statements about the actor on social media, another issue has emerged.

The actor documented a criticism suit, looking for Rs. 100 crores in punitive fees from his sibling Shamasuddin for posting abusive comments about the actor via virtual entertainment. The suit has likewise named the actor’s ex-wife, Zainab, also known as Aaliya. On Wednesday, in the wake of hearing the suit, the Bombay High Court coordinated with the entertainer and his sibling not to post or transfer any comments against one another via virtual entertainment to ‘keep up with value’ and furthermore to determine the issue between the siblings amicably. Additionally, the court mandated that the brother and their attorneys attend court on May 3 to settle the dispute.

Nonetheless, Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s guidance Abhinav Chandrachud expressed that since the entertainer and his better half are attempting to determine the issues agreeably between them, he doesn’t wish to seek out the criticism suit against her. As a result of the intervention of the division bench of the high court, Advocate Rumi Mirza, who is representing Nawazuddin’s brother Shamasuddin, informed the court that a similar settlement may be possible between the brothers.

In response, Chandrachud maintained his firmness and stated that no talks would be possible until Shamasuddin removed the defamatory post from social media. The brother was asked by the court to remove the post and not to post any more comments disparaging each other, and the court gave its approval.
