In 2020, the world’s most popular YouTuber opened MrBeast Burger. MrBeast claims that the firm behind the burger, ‘Virtual Dining Concepts’, is harming his brand and image by serving a poor product.
The YouTuber has asked a judge to terminate his contract with the corporation.
The lawsuit, which was filed in New York on Monday, argues that “MrBeast Burger has been regarded as a misleading, poor reflection of the MrBeast brand” and has caused “material, irreparable harm to the MrBeast brand and MrBeast’s reputation”.
The lawsuit added that MrBeast has not made a profit from the beginning of their collaboration.
The 25-year-old YouTuber previously apologized to viewers who were dissatisfied with their meals.
According to the reports, MrBeast Burger delivers from over 1,000 so-called ‘ghost kitchens’ around the world.
Meanwhile, MrBeast recently bought an area in the United States for his staff. The neighborhood is in Greenville, North Carolina’s southeastern suburbs.
MrBeast is a 25-year-old YouTube sensation noted for his charity efforts and outrageous YouTube videos. His videos have received over 40 billion views, and he is worth $54 million.
