From Akash to S-400: How India’s 7 Top Air Defence Systems Operate!
On Wednesday, Diversified conglomerate ITC said that it has partnered with the Argentine Football Association (AFA) to market its snacks, pasta, and noodles brands.
ITC and AFA will collaborate for a one-year, with members of the World Cup-winning football team endorsing the Kolkata-based company’s food teams.
Suresh Chand, vice-president & head of marketing (snacks, noodles, and pasta) at ITC Foods, stated that despite the company’s late entry in the FMCG business, it is already number two in the instant noodles market and enjoys significant market share in the snacks segment.
“The food segment comprising snacks, noodles, and pasta is growing at a healthy rate. The company’s association with AFA will help promote its food brands since the World Cup-winning team has a strong fanbase in India, particularly in Kolkata”, Chand added.
