Aligning with the national theme, ‘Engage, Educate & Empower People to Enhance Safety’, the utility conducted targeted training sessions, emergency drills, and awareness programmes.

These activities involved employees and field personnel, reinforcing safe practices across operations.

The campaign highlighted Adani Electricity’s dedication to safeguarding both its workforce and the consumers it serves.

The company emphasised that safety remains integral to its operational framework.

Adani Electricity retained its position as India’s top-ranked power distribution utility for the second consecutive year.

It secured a score of 92.5 and earned an A+ rating among 66 utilities evaluated nationwide.

The ranking reflected strong performance in supply reliability, billing precision, and efficient grievance redressal.

According to the company, consistent execution continues to drive customer satisfaction.

Kandarp Patel stated that retaining the top position demonstrates sustained operational discipline.

He added that the recognition signifies trust from consumers and reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering reliable and uninterrupted power across Mumbai.

India’s power distribution sector is undergoing a shift towards a performance-driven framework. Improvements in efficiency, financial management, and consumer services are evident.

The latest rankings, released by the Ministry of Power in association with REC Limited, underline this transition.

Sector-wide metrics have improved, with several utilities achieving higher ratings. Notably, no utility fell into the lowest category.

Adani Electricity serves over 30 lakh consumers in Mumbai. It continues to focus on reliability, responsiveness, and transparency.
