Exploring The Beauty Of Meghalaya Through Sailing: Highlights From The 2nd Northeast Regatta 2023

Paul Lyngdoh, Meghalaya’s tourism minister, emphasized that the state is capable of producing not only national but also international athletes during the five-day event, which included not only national talents competing but also a large number of local youths.

According to Paul Lyngdoh, Meghalaya wants to host national water sports events in the future; As a result, an event of this magnitude will inspire the younger generation to achieve greatness in this sport.

He added that the division is presenting yacht and lake travels so such exercises speed up the speed of the travel industry in the state.
