The chief of Britain’s MI6 foreign spy service has asked disgruntled Russians to share their secrets with British intelligence services.

In a rare public speech on Wednesday, the chief of the Secret Intelligence Service, Richard Moore stated, “I invite them to join hands with us, as others have done over the last 18 months”.

“Our door is always open. We will handle their offers of assistance with the confidentiality and professionalism that my service is known for. Their secrets will always be safe with us”, Moore added.
