On Monday, Taiwan tracked 6 Chinese military aircraft and 7 naval vessels operating around the nation. It was between 6 am on Sunday to 6 am on Monday.
According to the Taiwan Ministry of National Defence, 6 aircraft crossed the median line of the Taiwan Strait.
The aircraft also entered Taiwan’s northern and southwestern Air Defence Identification Zone.
The Armed Forces have monitored the situation and responded accordingly.
Taking to X, the Taiwan Ministry of National Defence said, “6 PLA aircraft and 7 PLAN vessels operating around Taiwan were detected up until 6 a.m. (UTC+8) today. 6 of the aircraft crossed the median line and entered Taiwan’s northern and southwestern ADIZ. #ROCArmedForces have monitored the situation and responded accordingly.”
Earlier on Sunday, Taiwan detected 7 Chinese military aircraft and 7 naval vessels operating around the nation. It was between 6 am on Saturday to 6 am on Sunday.
According to the Taiwan Ministry of National Defence, none of the aircraft crossed the median line of the Taiwan Strait.
None of the aircraft entered Taiwan’s Air Defence Identification Zone.
The Armed Forces have monitored the situation and responded accordingly.

Since September 2020, China has increased its use of gray zone tactics. This includes incrementally increasing the number of military aircraft and naval ships operating around Taiwan.
