Pakistan Economy Is Failing

Talking about the current economy of Pakistan, the inflation rate has increased to 24.5 percent in December 2022. At the same time, the inflation rate has reached close to 25 percent. The burden of debt on the neighboring country Pakistan is also increasing continuously.

If we look at the figures related to Pakistan’s economy, according to the report of Business Standard, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) here was 24.5 percent in December.

On the other hand, according to the data of Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS), the rate of CPI was recorded at 12.28 percent a year ago. Seeing the increase in CPI every year, the government is trying to control it, but all its measures seem to be failing.

The Ministry of Finance had also estimated the CPI to be between 23 and 25 percent considering the situation in the country. If you look at the recent food inflation data in Pakistan, it is known that it has increased by 35.5 percent year-on-year. At the same time, there has been an increase of 41.2 percent in the transport sector and 17.1 percent in the prices of clothes and shoes.

Chicken And Cylinder Spoiled The Taste Of The Kitchen

The skyrocketing prices of chicken and meat in Pakistan have put it out of reach of the common man. According to a report, at this time the price of chicken has reached Rs 650 per kg in Pakistan. If the situation does not improve, then its price can reach up to Rs 800 per kg in the coming days.

At the same time, the prices of LPG gas have also increased a lot here. Here 10000 Pakistani rupees have to be paid for commercial gas cylinder. It is being told that the rising inflation in Pakistan is such that people are storing LPG in plastic bags in view of rising fuel prices.

Wheat Crisis In Many Areas Of Pakistan

In the neighboring country of Pakistan, apart from chicken and gas, the prices of basic food items are also increasing. On an annual basis, the prices of flour, sugar and ghee are increasing by 25 to 62 percent in Pakistan.

At the same time, the crisis of wheat is also being seen in many areas of the country. It is being told that if the situation does not improve, then in the coming days bread may also disappear from the food plate here.
