Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has last night reached to Uzbekistan for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit 2022.
Samarkand city hosting the Regional SCO Summit will witness the significant meeting of PM Modi and President Putin.
Modi was among the last leaders reaching to Samarkand on Thursday evening for the summit. So far there are no hints confirming the Modi – Jinping bilateral meet during the SCO Summit.
As far as the agenda of the talks with President Putin in the summit is concern, from Indian point of view Trade and geopolitics will be on the top of the list of the issues. The two top leaders’ meet is going to be held on the side-lines of the regional summit.
Modi’s participation commenced formally began today in the regional summit starting with a group photo with Vladimir Putin, Chinese President Xi Jinping along with the leaders present representing the other member states.
