Elon Musk’s Ex-Girlfriend, Sues Him For Parental Rights

Elon Musk is being sued for parental rights by his ex-girlfriend Grimes: According to the report, Grimes, 35, and Mr. Musk, 52, are parents to three kids.

The ex-girlfriend of billionaire Elon Musk, Grimes, is suing him for custody of their three children. The Canadian musician Grimes, whose real name is Claire Boucher, submitted a petition to create a parental relationship in San Francisco Superior Court on Friday, according to PageSix. Grimes, 35, and Mr. Musk, 52, are notable parents of three kids. They had a son together initially, named X AE A-12, and a daughter, named Exa Dark Siderael Musk, via surrogate in 2021. The couple also had a boy named Techno Mechanicus as a third kid.

PageSix reports that Grimes has now asserted in her appeal that Mr. Musk will deny her access to one of their children. She requests the court to name the unmarried parents of a child who are the child’s legal parents.

Starting in 2018, Mr. Musk and Grimes had a sporadic relationship that ended in September 2021. Only last month was it revealed that the couple had a third child together. The information was made public in the biography “Elon Musk” by writer Walter Isaacson. The billionaire wooed Grimes with a high-speed Tesla Autopilot ride, according to Mr. Isaacson’s book.

The Canadian musician described her relationship with Mr. Musk as “like the best internship ever” in a separate interview. She praised Elon Musk as a “great general” in the workplace, elucidating why the billionaire so controversially engages in a range of social concerns. She added that because “being Elon’s kid is not the same as being anyone’s kid,” the kids will have a “pretty intense” upbringing.

Notably, Mr. Musk has had 10 children who are still alive, with three separate women. Gryphon, Vivian, Kai, Saxon, and Damian are the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX’s five children with Canadian author Justine Wilson. One month before to the birth of his second child with Grimes, he had twins with Shivon Zilis, director of operations and special projects at Neuralink, in November 2021.
