Honesti De La Torre, 37, was charged with child endangerment after her stunning deed, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department announced on Monday. Deputies were sent to an unincorporated region of Rialto, 55 miles east of Los Angeles, in the United States, at around 12:45 a.m. on Saturday, according to the authorities.
