Job market is strong with around fifty companies gearing to hire

This is good news for Indian market showing its growth in the days to come with a strong market outlook for the next quarter.

As per the survey around fifty four per cent  companies appear ready to hire. It was a grand job survey in which 40,600 public and private employers were interviewed.

Across forty one countries and territories were measured for spotting anticipated yearly employment trends.

An increase in the staffing levels is expected in sixty four per cent companies whereas

Around 10 per cent companies anticipate a decrease in hiring intent.  Also around twenty four per cent companies are not anticipating any change.

Today after the release of the Employment Outlook Survey which showed positivity in the job market. It shows an improvement in hiring sentiments by +10 percentage points in comparison with the same period last year,
