Reliance Industries’ telecom and digital services arm, Jio Platforms Limited, will open its initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on October 21, 2026. The IPO is set to be the largest in India’s history.
The company filed its Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) on Wednesday, detailing the offer and bidding schedule. The subscription window will close on October 23, while anchor investors can bid on October 19.
Jio Platforms has fixed the price band at Rs 1,065 to Rs 1,119 per equity share, with a face value of Rs 10 per share.
The minimum bid is 12 shares per lot. Retail investors can apply for one lot or additional shares in multiples of 12.
At the upper end of the price band, one lot will cost Rs 13,428. The final amount will depend on the price at which shares are allotted.
Eligible employees applying under the employee reservation portion will receive a discount of Rs 54 per share.
The IPO marks a significant step for Reliance Industries’ telecommunications and digital services business as Jio Platforms prepares to enter the public market.
The subscription window will remain open from Wednesday, October 21, to Friday, October 23, 2026.
Investors can refer to the prospectus for details of the offer, bidding schedule and employee discount before applying.
