Vivo is all set to launch its V70 lineup in India on 19 February at 12 noon.

The new series includes the Vivo V70 and the more powerful V70 Elite, both running OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

Positioned in the mid-range to premium segment, the lineup promises notable upgrades in performance, display and camera technology.

Vivo has also confirmed IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance, as well as an X-axis linear motor for enhanced haptics.

The V70 Elite will sport a 1.5K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 5,000 nits peak brightness. It will pack a 6,500mAh battery with support for 90W wired fast charging.

On the camera front, the V70 Elite will feature a ZEISS-branded triple camera setup, including a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and an ultra-wide lens.

The front camera will also have a 50MP ZEISS lens.

The V70 Elite will launch in Passion Red, Sand Beige and Authentic Black, while the V70 will be available in Passion Red and Lemon Yellow.

Vivo may price the V70 around ₹40,000 and position the V70 Elite close to ₹50,000, with official prices set to be announced on 19 February.
