UP Yoddhas Defeat Dabang Delhi KC 28-23 In PKL Season 11 Opener

The UP Yoddhas started their Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) Season 11 campaign with a 28-23 victory over former champions Dabang Delhi KC at the GMCB Indoor Stadium in Gachibowli. The match began with a Surender Gill raid for the Yoddhas, followed by a tightly contested first half. Bhavani Rajput helped the Yoddhas gain a slight edge, but Delhi fought back with Ashu Malik and Nitin Panwar, leading 12-11 at halftime.

Sahul Kumar’s All Out Turns the Tide

The second half remained close, with both teams struggling to break through. Naveen Kumar led Delhi’s fightback, but the Yoddhas intensified their efforts late in the game. Sahul Kumar’s All Out on Delhi and crucial points from the Yoddhas’ raiders secured a five-point lead with less than five minutes left. Bhavani Rajput top-scored with seven points, sealing a hard-fought win for the Yoddhas.

With this win, UP Yoddhas joined other teams like Puneri Paltan and Tamil Thailavas, starting PKL Season 11 on a strong note.
