PicklePoint Brings Premier Pickleball Tournament To Mumbai This May

PicklePoint will host a high-energy pickleball tournament at Willingdon Catholic Gymkhana in Mumbai from 2-4 May. Matches will run from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, though timings may vary.

The tournament will unite players of all skill levels and promote pickleball across local communities.

PicklePoint actively promotes one of the world’s fastest-growing sports. The team organises professional tournaments, engages with communities, and creates fun, competitive experiences.

The upcoming event will showcase the spirit, excitement, and accessibility of pickleball.

Pickleball players use solid paddles to hit a lightweight, perforated plastic ball over a modified tennis net.

The sport takes place on a badminton-sized court and suits both indoor and outdoor play. Its simplicity and fast pace attract participants of all ages.

To widen the sport’s reach, PicklePoint has requested live coverage of important matches.

The organisers want to stream games on YouTube and, if possible, on television. They will use one camera on the main court to capture key moments.

This broadcast will highlight local talent and bring more visibility to pickleball.

PicklePoint believes that broadcasting the event will inspire more people to play and support the sport.

The team continues to expand pickleball’s footprint in India through active community involvement and well-managed events.

PicklePoint invites all sports fans and players to attend the tournament and celebrate the growing pickleball movement.

The team remains committed to delivering memorable experiences and driving the sport’s future.
