Match 1: ENG vs NZ

In the absence of Kane Williamson, who will make a comeback at the World Cup, New Zealand will be coached by Tom Latham. Tim Southee, Lockie Ferguson, and Trent Boult serve as the pace trio during the series.

Regular captain Kane Williamson, who had a right knee injury playing in the IPL earlier this year, will not play in the opening contest. The management is doing everything they can to get him ready for New Zealand’s second game on October 9 and to be fit for the ODI World Cup.
