India's jersey for World Cup 2023
Only two weeks remain until the start of the ICC World Cup 2023, which added a little spice to the anticipation. The ICC debuted the World Cup anthem for this year’s tournament, which will be held in India, on Wednesday. While the anthem, “Dil Jashn Bole,” received a variety of responses on social media, Adidas, India’s kit partners, created their own anthem for the Indian cricket team a few hours later. The “Impossible Nahi Ye Sapna, 3 Ka Dream Hai Apna” anthem, which lasts two minutes and 21 seconds, celebrates India’s attempt to win the third ODI World Cup.
After a lengthy wait, MS Dhoni ended it in 2011 with India’s second ODI World Cup victory. Kapil Dev had guided India to their first ODI World Cup victory in 1983. India won a second World Cup in the meantime; however, it was a T20 tournament.
The Indian team’s Rohit Sharma, superstar Virat Kohli, vice captain Hardik Pandya, Shubman Gill, Mohammed Siraj, Shardul Thakur, Ravindra Jadeja, and Kuldeep Yadav are all included in the Adidas anthem.
Impossible nahi yeh sapna, #3kaDream hai apna,” BCCI tweeted.
The video included a sneak peek at India’s World Cup uniform in addition to the catchy rap with the message to end India’s protracted quest for an ICC title.
The 2023 World Cup in India will have tricolor stripes.
The uniform that India wore during the just-finished Asia Cup underwent a significant change. The tricolor of India has taken the place of the three white stripes above the shoulder. The orange, white, and green shoulder stripes on the jerseys that Rohit, Kohli, and others were seen sporting were visible in the video.
