India Will Claim Trophy Of ODI World Cup 2023, Ashwin Poses Trust In The Team

The International Cricket Council (ICC) announced the schedule for ODI World Cup 2023 just a few days back. Since then, cricket fans are not able to sit back in comfort and the Indian cricket team’s anxiety is on hike. India lost the World Test Championship against Australia recently. Hence there are a number of suggestions pouring in continuously. But Indian cricketers are very well taking all of them in the right sense.

Since the release of the schedule, the first time an Indian Player has expressed himself on the forthcoming tournament. Indian off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin is confident that his country would win the ICC trophy at the forthcoming 2023 World Cup, putting an end to their trophy drought.

India is a strong team – Ashwin poses belief

India in recent years did not bring back any international trophies, due to which the players are under a lot of pressure. They have to face condemnation from varied people. However, Ashwin posed his belief in the team and said that India is a strong team with a great opportunity for success in the coming tournament.

However, the player was not part of the World Test Championship playing 11. He still is backing his team showing the spirit of a true sportsman.

Dew in daytime and nighttime matches is another concern that Ashwin brought up. He suggested that the event, which will take place in October, may be made more bearable by commencing matches at 11:30 AM or 12 PM. Ashwin’s remarks reveal his belief in India’s prospects and his motivation to maximize their chances of winning the ICC World Cup in 2023.
