IND vs AUS Test Match Updates: India’s Out, Know the Overall Score?

The first day of the third match in the series between Australia Vs India starts today. The intriguing match has now sparked the curiosity of its viewers to a new level. Now that India has been declared out at 109, everyone is watching to see how the Australian performs on the floor.

India Won the Toss

Captain Rohit Sharma Stated about Shubham Gil replacing KL Rahul “We are going to bat first. Yeah, it is a very good dressing room. The morale is high. We played a lot of cricket, but this one is different. It looks a little bit dry. Yeah, of course, we’re not there yet. We will come well and try to do well, consistently to get the desired result. We need to stay focused and do well. Have made two changes. Gill has come in place of KL. Shami is rested and Umesh comes in for him.” India also decided to rest pace bowler Mohammed Shami, bringing in Umesh Yadav for the game.

While Australia is being captained by Steve Smith in the match. Australia also made two changes to the side that lost the second Test by six wickets in New Delhi, bringing in pace-bowling stalwart Mitchell Starc and Cameron Green in place of Pat Cummins and David Warner, who have both returned home.

Third Test MatchShubman Gill in place of KL Rahul

The main selection headache that India skipper Rohit Sharma has in this match is if he drafts Shubman Gill into the first XI or if he keeps giving chances to former vice-captain KL Rahul, who has had a rather underwhelming series thus far. There have been calls of leaving him out of the playing XI but only time will tell if that happens or not. India captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and elected to bat in the third Test against Australia here on Wednesday with young opener Shubman Gill coming in place of KL Rahul

Crucial Time for Team India

Now a win for India in the third Test, which gets underway today will secure a berth in the World Test Championships Final for Rohit Sharma’s side for the second successive time. The third Test was originally supposed to take place in Dharamshala but was shifted to Indore as the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) couldn’t get the stadium ready in time.

The second test in Delhi

Team India and Australia will head into the third Test of the four-match series at Holkar Stadium in Indore. Both sides relished a nine-day rest after the second Test in Delhi, where India won by six wickets to get a 2-0 lead in the series and retained the Border-Gavaskar Trophy as well. Day 1’s play in the Indore Test will begin today(March 01).
