FIFA World Cup 2026 Winners To Receive Championship Rings Alongside Trophy

The winners of the FIFA World Cup 2026 will make history by receiving a custom-designed championship ring alongside the iconic FIFA World Cup Trophy and gold medals at the final, which will be held at New Jersey Stadium.

FIFA announced the introduction of the championship ring as a tribute to American sporting tradition, bringing a new celebratory element to football’s biggest tournament.

The ring will commemorate the champions’ achievement and serve as a lasting keepsake of their World Cup triumph.

Each championship ring will feature two distinct sides. One side will showcase the identity of the winning nation, while the other will display the FIFA World Cup Trophy, symbolising the team’s historic achievement.

Immediately after the final, the winning team’s captain and head coach will receive temporary championship rings during the presentation ceremony.

FIFA will later present every player with a personalised ring, creating a permanent memento of their title-winning campaign.

The championship rings, commissioned for the 2026 tournament, will feature individually numbered elements commemorating the competition.

Alongside the champions’ rings, FIFA has introduced a licensed commemorative collection inspired by the tournament, allowing supporters across the world to own a unique piece of FIFA World Cup 2026 history.

Spain vs Argentina Final

The FIFA World Cup 2026 will conclude on Sunday with a blockbuster final between European champions Spain and defending world champions Argentina in the tournament’s 104th and final match.

Spain secured their place in the final after defeating France in the semi-finals. Argentina, meanwhile, reached the title clash after an impressive campaign that began with three consecutive victories and continued with an unbeaten run.

Captain Lionel Messi has led Argentina from the front throughout the tournament. The veteran forward has scored eight goals in the competition, taking his overall FIFA World Cup tally to 21 goals.

Argentina will be aiming to win back-to-back FIFA World Cup titles and lift the trophy for the fourth time in the nation’s history, while Spain will look to reclaim football’s biggest prize with another world title.
