Chetan Sharma Sting: The explosive revelations witness anger among fans

Chetan Sharma sting seems to fetch lots of curiosity and emotions too. After his explosive comments, social media platforms are flooded with reactions. Not only fans’ anger is visible but there are memes also going viral after the explosive statements by the BCCI chief selector.

Lately, on the Valentine’s Day, all hell broke loose when the explosive revelations came into light. Chetan Sharma, the BCCI chief selector, was on camera (the hidden one) speaking at length about Virat Kohli vs Sourav Ganguly rift.

This sting operation also shows Sharma talking on and on over Rohit Sharma-Kohli rift rumors. The BCCI chief selector also talked about doping in Indian cricket and many more. These revelations have gone viral with many fans having plenty to say over the claims by the chief selector.

The former Indian cricketer told it was former Sourav Ganguly, former BCCI chief behind Virat Kohli’s ODI captaincy sacking. He also rubbished rumors of rift between Kohli and Rohit. Speaking at length on how players are desperate for holding on to their respective spots in the team as well as their desire to play in the team despite not being fully fit.

Social media platforms are flooded with loads of reactions along with memes after such explosive comments by Chetan Sharma.

On Ganguly Vs Kohli

”A player growing in stature is bound to think that he has become very big, even bigger than the cricket board, nobody can stand against him, cricket will stop without him. But that has never happened”

”Kolhi wanted to confront the then- cricket board president. I was one of the selectors. The Board prez clearly told Kohli to re-think over his decision before quitting the T20I captaincy. Everyone told him to reconsider what he had decided. But he lied before the media saying there was no such suggestion from anyone in the BCCI.”

On Kohli vs Rohit alleged rift

”The rumour is perfectly a rumour since there are no such rift between Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. They are good friends supporting each other. They are just like Dharmendra and Amitabh.”

Players do hide their injuries for playing

”Perhaps ten to fifteen percent of players do this. They ask us to let them play but medical science stops them from playing. Players obviously are willing to play; they just don’t want to stay away from a match. Bumrah was also one of the cases. There are not many cases of this kind, however some of these players also take injections on their own and say they are fine.”

The sting operation on Chetan Sharma by media has become a huge talking point in the cricket fraternity and this may follow a strict action by the BCCI in the days to come.
