External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar spoke on allegations made by the US and Canada against Sikh radicals on December 17 in Bengaluru. Jaishankar said the US alleging India of plotting to kill Sikhs for Justice chief Gurpatwant Singh Pannun and Canada blaming India for the murder of Khalistan terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar are two different issues. Jaishankar said ‘Americans told us some specific things,” but “Canada has not provided any evidence.”
