Enforcement Directorate (ED) has moved the Supreme Court raising a complaint against the Tamil Nadu government’s alleged non-cooperation in sharing criminal complaints and First Information Reports (FIRs) related to offenses under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
ED has also said that the investigation into bribery allegations against its officer Ankit Tiwari should be handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). At present it is being investigated by the Tamil Nadu Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC).
