Vijay Diwas: When 93 Thousand Pakistani Soldiers Kneeled In Front Of The Indian Army, A New Nation Bangladesh Was Formed

Vijay Diwas: Today is the day of bravery, courage and bravery. On this day i.e. on December 16, 1971, the Indian Army had forced 93 thousand soldiers of Pakistan to kneel down. In this way the world got a new nation in the form of Bangladesh. The bravehearts of the Indian Army gave such a reply to the courage of Pakistan that after 13 days of war, the Pakistani army was forced to surrender. But even after this crushing defeat, Pakistan did not agree and has been trying to disturb India with its antics every day. This victory over Pakistan is celebrated every year as Vijay Diwas.

During the 1971 war between India and Pakistan, Field Marshal Sam Hormusji Framji Jamshedji Manekshaw was handling the command of the Indian Army. The victory in the 1971 war under the leadership of Sam Manekshaw gave a new sense of confidence to the nation. With this victory, Bangladesh officially came out as a new nation.

Vijay Diwas: West Pakistan inflicted lot of atrocities on East Pakistan

West Pakistan was oppressing East Pakistan for a long time. West Pakistan had crossed all limits in genocide, rape and human rights violations, after which East Pakistan raised the demand for succession and from here India started playing a big role in the whole matter. The then Prime Minister of India Indira Gandhi supported him in his Bangladesh Liberation War. He decided to give shelter to the people who came from East Pakistan. Lakhs of people suffering from the atrocities of West Pakistan left their country and came to India then.
