Petrol-Diesel Price 16 Dec 2022: India’s major government oil companies such as Hindustan Petroleum, Bharat Petroleum and Indian Oil have released their new rates on 16 December. Even today, there has not been much change in the prices of petrol and diesel. There is still no change in the prices of petrol and diesel in the big cities of the country. But due to transportation cost and other reasons, there has been a slight difference in the price of both the fuels in some cities.

According to the latest update, petrol in Kolkata remains at Rs 106.03 per liter and diesel is priced at Rs 92.76 per litre. At the same time, in the country’s financial capital Mumbai, the price of petrol is only Rs 106.31 per liter and diesel is being sold at Rs 94.27 per litre. Apart from this, petrol is being sold the cheapest in the capital Delhi. However, cheaper petrol than Delhi is available in some other cities as well. Petrol is being sold in Delhi at Rs 96.72 while diesel is being sold at Rs 89.62 per litre. Whereas in Chennai, petrol is being sold at Rs 102.63, diesel at Rs 94.24 per litre.
