Prime Minister Narendra Modi straightforward slammed Rahul Gandhi after Medha Paktar joined Bharat Jodo Yatra. The PM says, “Do ask Congress party when it comes to demand your votes.”
The slamming of the Prime Minister was directly on Rahul Gandhi for walking with the controversial social service activist, Medha Patkar during his Bharat Jodo Yatra.
The targeting was not only addressed to Rahul Gandhi but was also meant for Medha Patkar for a strong reason the PM sighted. The poll bound state, Gujrat has been financially hurt due to Patkar and that is what Modi finds worth criticism.

Addressing a public meeting in Gujarat’s Dhoraji, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that “A Congress leader is taking out a padyatra with a woman who was responsible for stalling the Narmada dam project for last thirty years.”
“Ask the Congress party when they come to demand your vote that you are carrying out a padyatra keeping hand on the people’s shoulder who oppose Narmada dam. What would have happened, if the Narmada dam would not have been built?” ask PM Modi.
Lately Bharat Jodo Yatra got more footage of people due to Medha Patkar who joined Bharat Jodo Yatra on 17th of November in Maharashtra. When the photos of Rahul Gandhi walking with his hand on Medha Patkar’s shoulder were tweeted by the Congress, it drew flak from the BJP.
Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel also was seen questioning Medha Patkar’s presence with Rahul Gandhi. “This is also one of the example where Congress and Rahul Gandhi are seen showing their animosity toward Gujaratis and Gujarat.”
