‘Trouble Shooting From The Sky’ For Two Fuel Tanks Falling In Fields

On Monday, around 2 o’clock in the day, sensation spread due to the fall of two fuel tanks of the fighter aircraft in the field of Gaighat of Gram Panchayat Balushasan of Khalilabad Kotwali area. At first it was rumored that the plane had crashed, but it was later found to be a fuel tank. A plane appeared in the sky, and as soon as it left, Two things fell with a thunderous sound.

Fearing to save their lives, the laborers working in the field stood far away When the police came, they were informed   that the fuel tanks of the Jaguar plane had fallen. Some said that a missile had fallen and some said that it was a  rocket launcher. Everyone felt that an enemy country had attacked with a missile. Thinking and saying this, the laborers went away from the farm 

Anil Rai who was present at the place said “..suddenly. First a plane was seen flying in the sky. When the plane went towards Gorakhpur, two things like rocket launchers fell in the field with a loud sound. For a moment I felt that I would die today. An enemy country has attacked and a Missile dropped”

He added we left the farm very fast and went away. It was hard to believe that such a thing had fallen on us and we were saved. Said that if it had fallen on us, it would have been difficult to escape. After about 20 minutes the crowd gathered. Some policemen came. He said that two fuel tanks of the Jaguar aircraft have fallen. After about half an hour the convoy of vehicles reached the fields. Then went closer to see the tank. Many people started arriving. Various discussions started.. No one was allowed near the tank. He said that Airforce officers are coming. They’ll take it. Later Airforce officers came and took them on a truck.

Airforce officers arrived after four hours

The fuel tank of the Jaguar aircraft fell in the field around 1:40 pm. Four hours later, the Air Force officials arrived with the truck and picked up the fuel tank, loaded it into the truck and took it away. During this, the officials refused to provide any information..

An official said that it is a matter of national security. So nothing can be said on this. It is completely confidential. Officer Chetan GK, who came from the Air Force, told that Jaguar had routine training. Jaguar dropped the fuel tank and came to pick it up. He refused to say anything further.

Long jam of vehicles

Because of this the road was blocked for hours. Somehow some local youths got the vehicles removed and the jam opened.

No one permitted to go near the tanks

On the information of the Air Force, the policemen got ready for the safety of the fuel tank that fell in the field. No one was allowed to go by barricading 100 meters before. The police personnel started waiting for the Air Force officials to arrive. Kotwal Sarvesh Rai said that the Airforce had been informed that two fuel tanks had fallen. He should be protected. After this he reached the spot and secured it by making a cordon. Air Force officials came in the evening and took the fuel tank with them.
