Mivansh’s father, Binny Singla, an employee of Maruti Company, expressed his devastation, stating that the family had trusted the trainers with their child’s safety. Residents alleged that the child’s life jacket was loose and unlocked, and the trainers were inattentive, despite the pool water being crystal clear.

The Gurugram Police have registered a case against the pool trainer for negligence, and an investigation is underway. Senior police officers assured that further action would be taken if additional instances of negligence are uncovered. The society’s residents are demanding action against the builder management and maintenance agency, seeking accountability for the tragic incident.
