City buses, including those operated by the Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC), won’t run along Ring Road from midnight on August 12 to 11 am on August 13. They will avoid the section of the Ring Road between ISBT and NH-24 (NH-9)/NH T-point during this time and take alternate routes. It is proposed that these buses choose G T Road, Wazirabad Road, and NH-24 as their routes.
Buses traveling to the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, and Delhi’s main train station will have their routes changed or diverted. For medical facilities, bus terminals, and train stations near to the Independence Day celebration site, alternate routes will be available.
