DMK President and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin asserted on Friday that the leaders of the INDIA bloc should recognize the BJP’s apprehension when faced with the potential success of the opposition alliance, even at the level of a mayor’s election in Chandigarh. Stalin emphasized that unity among alliance members can displace the saffron party from power at the Centre.
Speaking at the ‘Democracy will win’ conference organized by the Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi, Stalin conveyed that the future pages of history should reflect the formation of the INDIA alliance and its ascendancy to power at the Centre. However, he stressed the importance of defeating the BJP in other states, calling for collective efforts and unity to ensure the victory of democracy.
Stalin praised Thol Thirumavalavan as a strong leader dedicated to the ideology of social justice. He highlighted the enduring bond between the DMK and VCK, transcending political boundaries and based on shared ideology.
