Swift Response Prevents Major Tragedy; Over 50 Ambulances Deployed In Maha Kumbh

A major accident was swiftly contained due to the prompt action of the Yogi government, with over 50 ambulances utilizing a Green Corridor to reach Sangam Nose within minutes, making over 100 trips to transport the injured.

Expert doctors arrived within 2–3 minutes, providing immediate medical aid.

Doctors at Central Hospital confirmed that specialist teams at Maha Kumbh Nagar treated the injured without delay. The government’s emergency ambulance service played a crucial role in the swift medical response.

Following the accident, ambulances were rapidly dispatched, and expert medical teams arrived within minutes to administer first aid.

More than 50 ambulances continuously ferried injured individuals to the central hospital.

Critically injured patients received immediate medical attention at the site before being transported for advanced treatment.

Those requiring specialized care were later shifted to Swaroop Rani Nehru Hospital or Tej Bahadur Sapru Chikitsalaya (Beli Hospital).

Police, SDRF, and NDRF teams played a crucial role in facilitating ambulance movement and ensuring uninterrupted medical support.

The quick establishment of a Green Corridor allowed ambulances to navigate the congested area efficiently, ensuring timely medical intervention.

To manage the crisis, all medical shifts were merged, ensuring the presence of over 1,000 healthcare professionals at the hospital.

Doctors from morning and evening shifts remained on duty, supported by a dedicated team of ward boys and nurses working tirelessly to save lives.

Additionally, doctors stationed across the fairgrounds reached the hospital within three minutes, ensuring swift and effective medical attention for the injured.
