India’s economy stands at a crucial turning point, and startups are emerging as a major driving force. In this direction, BW Disrupt and BW Businessworld jointly hosted the 9th edition of the BW Disrupt Founders’ Forum 2025 on October 1 at Eros Hotel, New Delhi.
The event is recognised as one of India’s most influential startup gatherings, bringing together over 30 prominent entrepreneurs, investors, and innovation leaders.
Several leading company heads shared their journeys and experiences.
Former Union Minister KJ Alphons emphasised that hard work is the ultimate key to success, noting that global icons have often achieved milestones only after setbacks, perseverance, and relentless effort. Senior journalist and TV anchor Sudhir Chaudhary also attended the forum.
This year’s theme, ‘Startups Steering India Toward the USD 10 Trillion Mark’, focused on the role of innovation-driven enterprises in shaping India’s economic future.
The afternoon sessions spotlighted artificial intelligence and funding opportunities.
AI leaders showcased how the technology is becoming the backbone of modern business models. Investors engaged in debates on whether domestic capital in India is ready to propel startups to a global scale.
The event also hosted the BW Disrupt 40 Under 40 Awards 2025, recognising 40 young entrepreneurs for innovation and leadership.
