Ashutosh Pandey receives threat through audio message

Ashutosh Pandey, involved in the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Idgah dispute case, received a threatening audio message on his phone. The message warned of his impending death within three days, with the person claiming to be a resident of Pakistan, asserting an intent to harm Ashutosh Pandey through a bomb explosion.

Obscene material posted by hacking Facebook ID

In addition to the death threats, the plaintiff Ashutosh Pandey has fallen victim to hacking, with his Facebook ID compromised. The hacked account is being used to post explicit videos and photos. In response to the threats, Ashutosh Pandey has submitted a letter to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and the Principal Secretary Home to bring attention to this alarming issue.

Supreme Court prohibits court survey

The threatening message was received by Ashutosh Pandey when the Supreme Court, on Tuesday (January 16), imposed a stay on the court survey order for the disputed premises in Mathura. Simultaneously, the High Court has been instructed to address the petition from the mosque side.

Next hearing scheduled for January 23

Previously, the Allahabad High Court had ordered a court survey, and the petition from the Muslim side was rejected. The Supreme Court has intervened by issuing this ban, and the next hearing for the case is slated for January 23 in the Supreme Court.
