Sadhguru Sannidhi: Isha’s Delhi Center Is a Meditators’ Paradise

On July 21, the Sadhguru Sannidhi Pada Yantra will be installed in Aroopa Hall at Sadhguru Sannidhi in Chattarpur, Delhi, marking the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima. Nestled in the bustling heart of Delhi’s Chhattarpur area, Isha Foundation’s Delhi center is a meditators’ paradise, providing an appropriate environment for meditation, reflection, peace and spiritual growth. Referred to as Sadhguru Sannidhi, this lush green, non-residential center offers a quick retreat from the hustle and bustle of the national capital.

Whether a person is experienced in meditation, just starting out, or has no experience of it all, Isha’s Delhi center provides a unique and rewarding experience for each one.

Its combination of calm natural surroundings, powerful spiritual practices, and consecrated spaces makes it an ideal retreat for anyone looking to refresh their body, mind, and spirit.

Sadhguru Sannidhi and its consecrated spaces can be visited by anyone between 7 am to 10 am in morning and 5 pm to 8 pm in evening. The timings may vary depending on special occasions like Navratri, Mahashivratri celebration, Ekadashi, etc.

Devi Sannidhanam: A Sacred Space for Divine Connection

The place is also the abode of Linga Bhairavi Devi. The Devi is enshrined in a striking copper abode and adorned with decorative bells and lamps. The temple becomes a focal point of all activities during Navratri, Mahashivratri celebrations. The temple is open during the morning and evening hours, inviting visitors to partake in the sacred rituals and chants that echo through its serene halls. The daily aarti and chants create a divine atmosphere. Special meditation and chants are organized on auspicious days like Ekadashi and Pournami.

Sadhana Halls for Practices and Programs

The space houses a Sadhana hall as well, with a capacity to 70-80 people. Designed to provide a conducive environment for sadhana (spiritual practice), the hall is open for anyone and is a safe heaven for those who want to practice yoga and meditation for spiritual growth and mental well-being Apart from Sadhana Hall, there is another meditation hall where various Isha’s programs like Inner Engineering, Hatha Yoga, Yogasanas, Sadhguru Darshan, Satsang and other events take place.

Shrine: A Place for Guru Pooja

Another significant aspect of Sadhguru Sannidhi is the shrine dedicated to Guru Pooja. This sacred space is meticulously maintained to offer respect and seek blessings.
