Ranchi Witnesses Multiple IAS Officer Transfers and Additional Responsibilities Assigned

Ranchi: Several IAS officers in Jharkhand have recently undergone transfers and been assigned additional responsibilities. Ajay Kumar Singh has been appointed to take on the additional charge of the cabinet. Vandana Dadel now holds the position of Forest and Environment Department, transitioning from her previous role in the cabinet. Manish Ranjan has been entrusted with the additional responsibility of overseeing Building Construction and serving as the Managing Director of the Jharkhand State Building Construction Corporation. Arwa Rajkamal has assumed the additional role of Managing Director of GRDA. Umashankar Singh has been appointed to the additional role of Chief Executive Officer of Sidho-Kanho Agriculture and Forestry State Cooperative Union Limited.

Manjunath Bhajantri has been transferred

In administrative reshuffling, East Singhbhum’s DC Manjunath Bhajantri has been transferred to serve as the administrator of the Swarnarekha Multipurpose Project. Annay Mittal, the DC of West Singhbhum, has been appointed as the new DC of Jamshedpur. Pawan Kumar, previously the Additional Secretary of the Labor Planning Department, now assumes the role of Project Director at the Jharkhand AIDS Control Society. Concurrently, Labor Commissioner Sanjeev Besra has been tasked with the additional responsibility of Director at the Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society.
